Strong coffee nose. Black as anthracite coal. Lots of chocolate and a malty sweetness. Super smooth mouthfeel. Like a whipped latte. Great character with a rich roasted malt bill yielding complex notes of smoke, coffee and dark chocolate. 8.3 Abv

Goliat Maple Beacon Edition v

Espresso and maple in the nose. Like a canadian had breakfast in Naples. Dark black body and a lacy tan head. Dark chocolate and espresso coffee. Sweet opening that is tempered by bitterness Subtle maple notes. Mouthfeel that is serious but approachable.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) v

Sizzling cinnamon nose. Deep black with a frothy tan head. Sweet with a nice couterpoint of cinnamon. Some chocolate cocoa richness with coffee bitterness. 12ABV brings a deep burn. Surpisingly Thin bodied. This aged well.

Chocolate nose . Deep black pour. Sweet fudgy chocolate forward. The 11 ABV brings substantial heat to an otherwise low key performance .

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) v

Aged 4 years. Complex nose of maple, burbon and coffee. Pours ebony black with a foamy cafe au lait. Flavors are subdued from the aging. Sweet burbon forward with Maple thru the middle. The heat from the ABV comes late. Smooth creamy mouthfeel.

Boozy nose . Slick and black like arabian oil. Huge and boozy lots of burbon notes and a vanilla strype. Some faint cherry hints. Big bozzy beer. Lots of heat from the ABV.

Floral hop aroma permeates with pine. Honeyed amber with a proud ivory crown. Sold malt bill makes for a serious mouthfeel.

Notes of burbon and dried chistmas friuits in the nose. Deep rich amber brown color. Boozy opening with cherry sweetness and a mild bitter orange finish. Lots of heat from the ABV. Drinks like a Belgian quad. Burbon brown sugar that picks up as you go.
