Love KBS. Blueberry missed the target. Odd taste/mix. Was very syrupy (blah). Artificial. Didn’t have that pop KBS usually has. Overall not bad. The blueberry you get. The bourbon is discreet. Coffee and malty tastes get drowned out somehow. Tasted thick.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2022) Maier
2020 version was a great year for this beer (balanced). 2022 version. Not so great. Not balanced very well. Strong coffee taste and after taste. Drowns out any maple or chocolate tones. Smooth but I find myself sipping it like a coffee. Big miss for me.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Maier
Easily too 3 all time favorite stouts! What an amazing flavor. Chocolate fudge, maple, bourbon, and roasted coffee flavors mix perfectly! Awesome aroma and aftertaste. It’s quite a treat!

Reminds of a lime margarita. Present taste and great aroma.

Banana bread smooth taste. Not much else you can take from it. It’s a casual wheat beer. Nice.
