Love seeing commercial versions of kveik fermented beers! This one is trying to be a lot of things and is a little sharp, but decent.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Schwark
2022 Churchkey beer academy #8. Delicious. Who knew Dogfish Head (and Bells) made over the top beers, including World Wide Stout and Hopslam, for a competition at the Brickskeller in D.C.!

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2017) Schwark
When your cellar reminder calendar says it's time to drink a beer, you oblige. Purchased a month after I met Emily W., which is crazy. Beer got thin and somehow more boozey. Dark, bitter chocolate? Oak is subdued. Finishes hot.

Fruit-Full Fort (2018) Schwark
From the cellar! Bottled 6/28/18 and Sam says to "lay it down for a couple years" and I'm a rule follower so here we are. Lots of sediment. Thick. Muted berries with a warm finish.
