Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2017-2018) Giglio
Great flavor, paleness, tart, barrel sour, but wanted some more effervescence. Seems it was intended to be more naturally fermented but this would be epic if it was more carbonated. Purchased in Copenhagen, shared in San Carlos
