Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 92 Mono Blend L.

The last stop on my unfortunate trip through sours (I did not know I disliked them when I bought them.) There are definitely some refined flavors in this one, but unfortunately I have a hard time appreciating them with the sour flavor.

Kriek Boon L.

A lot of carbonation (like a champagne). The sourness of the unique brewing process is mostly overshadowed by the other elements. The cherries used for this beer taste amazingly fresh; you get the sweetness and the tartness in a very refreshing way.

Porter L.

Malt flavor with a very subtle chocolate accent, roasty, dark, hop presence. Very good, I’ll look to this when I want a porter.
