Deliciously refreshing, crisp, tart… it’s all there! A subtle, raspberry sweetness and a puckering sourness comes together in a beautiful concoction and at this point I applaud Mikkeller for making some of the best alc. free beer on the planet

The amount of Brett contained in this brew is too damn high! And the absolute nothingness that is the carbonation only serves to fortify the Brett. There’s a bouquet of flowers in there somewhere but it doesn’t get a chance is bulldozed by the Brett tank

Not the last liquid I would want to drown in. Bitter but sweet and full of flavours. I served mine a little colder than I would have liked to but alas… it matters not. My thirst of succulent DIPAs are unquenchable

Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA Arent
Easy going, crushable and clean are the words the come to mind. Not trying to be anything impressive which is easily achieved but still obtain a pleasant beverage

Yule M%&?!&k Bourbon Barrel Aged (2021) Arent
A true treat for anyone who just have the slightest appetite for a thick, oily stout. The vanilla, the chocolate, the barrel ageing. They all just play so well with each other in the playground that is my mouth.

Clean, crisp and sweet. What you would expect from a beer like this. It hurts none and it impresses no one, but is however deserving of a compliment being a well-tasting alternative

Sweet, full and warm. Fully relying on the malty notes, sprinkled with a very anonymous hop profile it makes for the closet thing to soul beer I have had in a while. Nothing special but it comforts one on a cold snowy night like this

Crisp, sour and flavorful! Like a soda with mango but with the sugar replaced by a benign sourness. Quite drinkable and I could only wish for a hot summers day to go along. Alas - my beer journey knows nothing of being timely. Comfort me, my sour friend

Crisp, tart and sour - as it should be. Despite this being a quality brew I don’t have many comments. It’s just what you would expect it to be and you are not disappointed

Crisp, sweet and ever so crushable. Never have I ever drunk a beer so fast and just wanted another one straight after. It is definitely best served cold and don’t let it get a chance to become warm! I suspect it loses a lot of its charm

14. Dec - this one has notes of red wine gone bad. Not in a repulsive way but the sour base mixed with the otherwise taste of grapes and cherry comes of as weird - I’m sorry, but that is the best way to describe it. It definitely drinkable but 1 is enough

13. Dec - finally! A beer. A gentle giant. Stout, sweet notes from the caramelised and burnt malt. It’s so good and tasty to have a dark roasted beer that you don’t have to be careful with but can just lean your head back and consume. I love it!

4. Dec - Like finding a ripe apple underneath the outer crust of thawing snow this beer offers a combination of crisp, sweet malty flavours along with the bitter notes from what I can tell are is a carefully selected arrange of hops and spices. I love it

Decent IPA but too strong for a session. Malty notes complemented by crisp, hoppy pallet that can make the saddest Santa hoppy again.

Like the brewery: indeed dry and bitter. A slight perfume, vanilla fragrance in both smell and pallet. The body is thin and delicate and is having a hard time carrying the bitter notes of chocolate and coffee. I miss a little sweetness to the pallet

THICC, plump body. Sweet, decadent honey like flavour I am starting to worry about the bees. The hop profile is kinda bland and it’s hard to pick out a certain type that is used. It’s all good and it goes down easily.

An interesting take on an IPA. The notes of hops comes across as a little funky and at the back of throat lies a ghost of a note from honey or even mead? There’s a subtle grassy, tart/bitter overall vibe which is okay if it is deliberate

Call an ambulance, call an ambulance! But not for me… I am slurping heavenly, malty nectar so I am fine. An abundance of sweetness and hops overwhelms your gullet and besieges ever nook and cranny of your oesophagus until you invite the next big gulp

Nauseating, overly sweet and just too much. The overwhelming molasses is one thing but there is literally nothing else. It’s like thick, boozy sirup with hints of barley… no - I’m sorry. It needs to have a deep chat with the sink.

Dark as the night sky, bitter as a monday come too soon however tasteful as putting on matching socks. Delicate notes of coffee, chocolate and vanilla stumbles over my tastebuds and face plants straight into my gullet. Oh lord - thou has blessed me again

A bliss to the eye - full, long lasting head and amber color body. The nose doesn’t unveil much about what lies ahead but a subtle hoppy whiff can be noted. The pallet is slightly malty. Juicy and hoppy but otherwise not something to write home about

A tangible nose that has a strange appeal. The taste is pretty well summarized in the title - it is just sour candy with pineapple. Like someone dissolved sour drops in your beer and let it ferment. Actually quite savory

A characteristic IPA. We deviate far from the general genre and land actually closer to just a citrusy pale ale. The floral notes are nearly gone and totally submit to the added lime taste. A thirst quencher but I am not going for a second round

When in Rome. As I understand largers are getting a resurrection - I’m not sure why but ok. This specimen just offers a crisp refreshment that is surprisingly boozy even tho the alc. % is low. I guess that happens when there is not much else to notice

Mesa Like It Sweet Barley Wine Arent
Like this man - sweet, strong and tasteful. Balanced however devoted to the softer aspects of life. The texture was in all it’s simpleness thicc and complex and if I didn’t know any better I would have thought honey was the main ingredient.

Deep, intricate notes of roasted malts and a good utilization of the hops. It has character but while being subtle and simple. It’s good but to me it seems like a watery version of a stronger beer.

Mumbo Jumbo #4 Blackberry, Ginger, Lime Arent
A glutenous beer - one of those you drink too fast and wish you had another. Refreshing but spicy in a chromatic way. Notes of red wine, glück and cinnamon. The ginger really spices it up and just makes for an interesting gose

Someone dropped the licorice bag into the mix. The deep, sweet taste of English licorice is just overpowering and the bitterness just lingers at the back of your throat for ages. It’s a good brew if your are into it - not sure if I am

Hot dickity damn - refreshing, crisp and tasty! The nose is nothing to write home about but the pallet is sour and fruity! A subtle sweetness to it that is actually playing well with the tart, fermented genre. The sour is ideal for Alc. free beer

Crisp, sour and surprisingly smooth. There is a light, lemony vibe to it that really just makes it taste like a tart, salty lemonade. I really like it and I could see myself coming back for

The nose is grassy and and herb like and welcomes you. The taste is more bitter than what you would expect and forces the sweetness to share the stage. Overall; a more complex and not so forgiving DIPA. Oh. And there’s a dog on the label. Das’ a good boy

Oude Geuze Goût Américain Arent
Crisp, authentic lambic. It tickles the roof the mouth in just the right way and the bitterness punishes your jaw as one would expect. An interesting zesty pallet that brings out complex bitter notes from the yeast and malt but also subtle notes of citrus

Berry Barrage Sour Ale With Red Berries Arent
Tart and bitter. The taste is like stuffing your mouth with unripe berries as a child because you can’t wait for summer. I can tell the intentions were for this to be served as a cool beverage on a hot summers day and sadly I chose a dark, twilight hour

Nutty, thick barrel aged flavor. It’s deep and coffee like with roasted, malty notes and it’s just a damn good beer.

It is as if someone made a very mediocre stout and tried to cover up the fact by adding all the aromas you could possibly think of. Wait… that’s exactly how it is. It lacks character, substance and balance none of which is made up for by the added notes

ToØl really milks their DIPA(no pun intended) and rightfully so. They have found a way to consistently produce quality DIPA and this specimens follows in its predecessors footsteps: Creamy, boozy, sweet and stuffed to the absolutely limit with hops.

A solid contribution by any standard - taste packed with lemon and citrus fruit in general swirled with a healthy dose of subtle sourness. All in all a delightful, refreshingly light beer to quench your thirst

The nose is like plunging your face into a mix of plums and prunes. This is just a facade - the mouth is bitter, tart with notes of deep chocolate. The barrel aging provides a complex nuance to the pallet that packages the experience for you

Like a mouthful of sunshine and summer. The salt adds to the depth of the hops and malty nose. A wonderful, yeasty experience and it goes down with very little effort.

7. december - Delicious, light brew! A lot of the roasted flavour from the malt and coffee which mixes really well with the notes of orange peel. Its light feel is a nice change of pace for a porter and I could drink another one right about now

What a Nice, crisp everyday-beer! Not too sweet, too hoppy or too bland. It is crisp, flavourful and juicy! Goes really well with food and as I am writing this I am edging for the next sip

Sweet and gauzy pallet. Subtle sour- and saltiness from the gose genre mixed with the fruity undertones results in a nice, informal brew that compliments quite evenings where you just want something light.

This must be one of the most anonymous I have ever had. “Hazy IPA” … pfft. It’s so light it might as well be a ghost. A cheap excuse for a craft brew and I am as displeased as a dwarf in an amusement park.

“It’s begining to look alot like imperial milk stout”. This sure is a brew for dark, cozy evening: strong, vinous and plentiful notes of all the usual stout suspects like coffee, chocolate and subtle nuts… heh heh “subtle nuts”. *slurp*

“This beer was meant for slurpin’ - and that’s just what I’ll do!” Sweet, hoppy and soft feel. This is best drunk in large sips and I could easily imagine drinking a few of these in one sitting which is a quality in itself. Otherwise pretty standard

Mammamamma Double Blueberry Pastry Sour Arent
Out of all places I am godsmacked to find this fabled brew so far from its home. The nose is intense with bittersweet notes of sour berries and the mouth is like blueberry marmelade. I miss a fuller body more finesse, but overall a delecious brew

Wholesome palet - fresh, juicy and the rest really providesa bitter note that blends well with the hops and citrus. A nice DDH and I could Imagine enjoying this in a bear future. The label was amazing btw.

Brokilde Belgian Strong Ale Arent
Yup - this is a belgian ale alright. Nothing less and defintely nothing more. It boarders to the maddeningly uneventfull when it comes to taste and character and I would probably like it less if I wasnt a sucker for a strong, sweet ale.

Waking Up To Pomme Grenades Arent
This is turning out to be a great night: sweetness balanced with strawberries. A delicious braket i would not have been without.

The nose is intense and desertlike awaking memories of summer and bare feet in the grass. The mouth is refreshing and wellbalanced sour- and subtle sweetness. A little watery but the taste of raspberries lingers stoutly and makes you want more.

Smooth and tastefull. The bitter notes of coffee mix well with the chocolate flavours and the feel is silky velour on your tounge. Good for those nights when you just want a beer for a book

Uffe - this is a good beer. I dont regret paying the price. The fruity sourness greets your mouth with a prickily sensation, conversate with honey sweetness and bids you farewell with hoppy notes that reminds you with memories of eating unripe berries.

A rich, sweet experience. Malty and flavourful - like a belgian ale but without the overwhelming alc. percent. I regret not cooling it before but it was served fine at RT. I promis I will rate other beers from different companies in the future.

Did I regret buying a large imp. stout? Not at all. The deep, rich notes of coffee and chocolate comforts your mouth ever so gently, and follows you home with a creamy, vailla feel. Did I just sexualize a beer? Of course I did.

Uffe - this is a good øl. It has a peculiar taste of peas and corn but the usual taste a lemon, nectarines and pineapple. You are not disapointed but not blown away.
An ‘okay’ sour. The tastescheme is well balanced but has a diluted feel to it. The sourness is unpeccable and is easily enjoyed, but the experience is shortlived as a whole.

The sweet smell of strawberries and raspberries May fool you. You are served a bitter, tastefull sour - no sweetness. Beautiful colorscheme and would probably be quaint for desserts.

Mammamamma Double Passionfruit Cheesecake Sour Ale Arent
This is exactly what I want in a pastery sour beer. You get an intense taste of passionfruit flavour - as promised. But the sourness still sends you off with the memories of eating unripe blacberries as a child… … I just really like this beer, okay?!
