All Night IPA Giuffre

Nutty & smoky up front with a moderately bitter finish. Thin bodied. Dark roasted malt sweetness balances out the bittering hops quite nicely. While it wouldn’t necessarily be my go-to style personally, it’s unique and well executed in my opinion.

Green Zebra Watermelon Giuffre

Mmm, it’s pretty much exactly what I expected: an artificial tasting watermelon flavor with a real tartness that strikes the tongue. It’s a watermelon jolly rancher lollipop with a touch of warheads on the backend. Personally, I’d rather have another gose

Green Zebra Pineapple Giuffre

I get a sparkling white wine sort of flavor from this one. There’s some kind of dry, acidic, green grape skin influence going on. Heavier body than sparkling wine for sure. Not bad by any means.

All Day Crimson Sky Giuffre

Pale malt flavor. Cereal grain and bitter hops battle for dominance. Dry finish. Slightly heavier body than normal All Day. Not quite as easy drinking as a result. Kudos for doing a red IPA. I find the style to be a bit of an enigma though.

All Day Haze Giuffre

Soft mouthfeel. Sweeter, stone fruit flesh like flavor. Lighter body. Fits the description of an easy drinking, hazy session IPA.

All Day West Coast Giuffre

Unless I have them back-to-back, I’m not sure that I can tell the difference between this and the original All Day IPA. This one might have a touch more pine, resinous hoppy bitterness to it but if so, it’s subtle. Not to say it’s not a good brew though.

Más Agave Prickly Pear Giuffre

Keira nailed this one on the head: it’s like cranberry juice mixed with sparkling wine. Sweet, fruity, syrup-like mouthfeel. Hides the 9.7% extremely well, but that’s probably due to the sweetness. Don’t get much of the tequila barrel influence. Not bad.

Underground Mountain Brown Giuffre

Quite an effervescence on this one: strong coffee and boozy bourbon. The flavor is just as bold. Blurs the line between a mild bourbon and a potent beer. A great (tasty) brew for bringing home for Thanksgiving to help deal with the family.

Marvelroast Giuffre

Fantastic roasted coffee bean and lactose on the nose. Surprisingly rich body. “Reminds me of crème brûlée” -Keira. Hides the 8% ABV astonishingly well. Delicious dessert beer.
