One of the better sours I’ve had I guess, but still a sour… at least he red berries in here have a lot of vibrant freshness to balance it out just a little bit. But I wish more sours would have some sweetness to not feel so overpowering…

Solid and taste as expected and as it should. But that a bit too weak for my preference. But for a 6.0 ABV pure and simple mosaic IPA. It does the job.

Straight forward no bullshit IPA. Good balance between everything and it goes well by itself or with food. Just an all arounder that works!

Thick, deep heavy fruity flavor. More like a TIPA actually. But it’s good.

Understandable that it’s probably the most popular of their brews. The perfect balance of everything and a very drinkable DIPA.

Dry & Bitter Brewing are usually pretty great and this collab is no different. A super solid hazy DIPA. Tropical, fresh, a slight crisp and just overall very drinkable. Nothing crazy out of the ordinary but it should please most just fine.

Damn good! 13% yet not overwhelmingly heavily. Don’t get me wrong though. It’s a thick and deeply darkly delicious one!

Still works. I can’t believe it has such a low score on here. It should be 4 and up. Really interesting beer, Black IPA. A fusion between the darker, roasty stuff and the lighter, brighter stuff. Lovely! Still good.

One hefty son of a *****. But perhaps a tad more fruity than these heavier bastards usually are. It tastes great. Just as I expected. Sometimes I hope for more nuance or character, but it’s still delicious liquid alcoholic dessert.

Not really a fan of overly herbal and spiced up beers. It’s a bit too funky for me. Sometimes a pretty fascinating experience if you feel adventurous, but as pure enjoyment it’s not it… this one was fine, but not as expressive as it could have been.

Hoped to pour it down the hatch, ended up pouring it down the drain…

Pretty much as I would want and expect a lighter stout to taste like. The familiar notes are there, but in a lighter, calmer and steady package. It works just fine.

Had to double dip to double check if the doo does what I think it did. And… kinda? Didn’t hit me like last time. The bitterness was more forward this time I felt like. But still a very strong DIPA.

The taste is pretty great, but it’s weirdly light for a 8.3 ABV. Then again, as a “breakfast stout” I guess it fits. It’s just not all that interesting to me unfortunately.

Double Dippy damned delicious! It’s tough to think of a DIPA in recent memory that’s been this close to perfection for me. I gotta try this again. But for now, this was a super duper beautifully balanced experience.

Exactly as you would expect a triple-version of the Big Doink DIPA would taste like. It’s fuller, deeper and with more sweet ripe fruit. A triple IPA as I would expect it and that’s of course a good thing.

To Øl got that DIPA deliciousness down! So balanced, so crisp with lovely mellow ripe fruity peachy notes. Beautiful.

Solid. A To Øl good level DIPA. Not blown away or in love here, but it does what it says on the tin. Good beer.

Now that’s interesting! Never had a black IPA. Seems contradicting but ends up complimentary. It’s closer to a stout with the caramely toasted coffee notes. Yet the sharper freshness of an IPA is clearly present and the 12% seems… not there. Dangerous!

Starts with a citrusy zap and then mellows out and becomes more tropical but still with a zesty crispness on the end. It’s good.

It says Pale Ale Milkshake but it’s more of a pastry sour I would say. Sure to be an acquired taste, it boosts a sour-cidery juice flavor with lactose. While different, I honestly really enjoyed it. Perfect for a summers day. The Fanta Exotic of beers.

I knew something was off in the last one I had. This one tasted exactly as I hoped and expected. Great great IPA.

Berry Barrage Sour Ale With Red Berries Bjerg
Sours are a weird phenomenon… but I’ll keep trying them once in a while.

Alas, it is a SESSION pastry stout, but even so it’s a little too thin for my taste. The aftertaste is hardly there and there’s not much of anything. The taste that is there though is decent, but it’s missing a bit of oomph.

I didn’t have my teku beer glass so I opted for a white wine glass. Seems fitting since the notes do go from light beer to white wine to champagne. There’s a hint of all. Missing some carbonation, but it’s a Sour that is very evenly balanced. I can dig it

Not nearly as good as the other stereo mono I had. But it’s still in the classic IPA fresh fruity and drinkable category. This is perhaps a little too much on the sweet side and not as crisp and nice. But fine.

Despite being a tad stronger than my last logged beer, I found it lighter. It tastes decent but it’s missing some wow factor for me.

Sooo refreshing and delicious. 6.8 ABV. Perfect balance between creamy and fruity and light and crisp. Lovely.

Good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but if one needs a perfectly decent all-around IPA, this is quite alright.

Good oatmeal stout. Good a deeper and richer character than some of these, but of course it’s also 7,5 ABV. It’s got all you expect from it. Coffee and that oaty choco feel… they do call it ‘Breakfast’ but I can tell you it works fine in the evening too.

A perfectly fine IPA, but just a bit boring really… and too light for my preference. The flavor is sort of there but it disappears quickly.

Uhhh this is heavy! Still very smooth, but a thick and heavy stout to be sure. Not surprising considering the staggering 12,2% anyway, it’s probably a tad too heavy and sweet to be a favorite, but no doubt about the quality of this. An intense stout exp.

A fine, all around smooth stout. Surely doesn’t taste like 11%. Seems to be a hint of licorice. It tastes good. In general an imperial stout from a real beer store often do so.

Not usually a fan of IPAs, but this is perfectly alright. The bitterness is not overpowering and it has a refreshing fruitiness that is nicely balanced. Still clearly an IPA - it has the familiar notes - but I could see this go well with certain foods fx
