This is insanely good. Brewed on 1/14/15. So making it over 9 yrs old. It’s like drinking an our bruin now. Candied figs and molasses galore. Pairs well with Catalonian fare tonight.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 12.4% Free
Pretty much for science, didn’t expect much. It was fine fund open up some thing from a while back in the cellar.

Spectacular. Truly rounded and as it opened up it proved to be an amazingly complex offering.

Really poor. Tastes awful. Says drink until 2025, so hoping this is a “dumb” phase and the remaining 5 are just needing a cellar nap before we open again.
