Traditional lambic initially with acidic, tart, sour citrus upfront; however, there's a superb quite delicate floral note alongside some quite robust hedgerow fruits, massively drinkable, massively refreshing, absolutely supeb.

First time on keg and it's glorious. Same flavour profile as bottled but everything is more vibrant and more intense, strikes the perfect balance between sweet and sour, hugely drinkable.

Framboise Boon (2020) Eggleton
Exceptionally light bodied with that distinctive Boon flavour profile and drying, tart, sourness alongside a nice raspberry sweetness that sits on top.

Stedsegrøn / Evergreen Eggleton
Obviously at this ABV it's quite thin but it's nicely balanced between sweet, slightly peachy fruit and a pine bitterness. Surprised to see a Mikkeller in ASDA, although I probably wouldn't have this again, there's better available.

Super soft mouthfeel, lots of sweet, juicy tropical fruit followed by equally juicy and soft bodied citrus, finish is hoppy and fruity with minimal bitterness, drinks nowhere near its 8% ABV.

Tropical fruit juice upfront with a subtle background of lychee followed by lots of juicy, fresh and very hoppy citrus, predominantly grapefruit, there's a real spicy rye as the beer warms...not chilli but a crisp peppery note alongside gentle bitterness.

Far lighter than you'd expect, straddles the line between West Coast & NEIPA. Lots of sweet juicy tropical fruit, very hop forward, finishes quite dry but with very low bitterness. Actually really good, drinks at 6%.... which could be a problem.

Juicy and refreshing with well balanced pale stone fruit sweetness followed by low bitterness fresh juicy citrus. Perfectly drinkable but quite dull and watery, it'd make a good BBQ session pale though.

Somehow never checked this in? Initially sweet and juicy with black cherry, actually slightly syrupy. This shifts to a slightly sour, fairly sharp and tart cherry and light balsamic vinegar, it also gets slightly dry. Massively drinkable summer beer.

Utterly unique beer, quite awesome...if it's your kinda thing. Massively complex with lightly sour acidic citrus, funky bready yeast esters, farm yard straw and hay, dry citrus rind, dry apple, juicy pale stone fruit, crisp & clean throughout.
