2016, nice and sour. Lots of apricot but missing that funk aroma.

Drogone Lambic (2020)

More like champagne than what I’m used to with Cantillon. Really good funk and very sessionable. Much better than others for people who aren’t big sour fans.

Saint Lamvinus

This is a 2016 bottle. Sharp Cantillon signature nose and a smooth mouth feel. Carbonated but subtle. Oak barrel comes through as always. Excellent.
