It’s been a while since I had this beer, an important contribution to the hoppiness of IPAs that we love today. It’s maltier than I wish, with a dark copper and high caramel malt backbone, but with great hop profile on top. It’s a classic.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) Kreitel
For a beer no longer in production this thing gets around these days, including GRR airport. And that’s a very good thing since it’s one of the GOATs.
