Mortal Bloom

Aroma is light. Almost a faint dank tropical nose. Taste is lighter than I expected, too. Some faint grapefruit and grassy citrus notes. That said, it’s a cold beer on a beautiful day.

Beer Geek Breakfast

Aroma is some coffee & roasted malt. Faint notes of cinnamon. Taste is bitter coffee & dark roast that lingers.

All Day Crimson Sky

Race day & a good beer! Aroma is some earthy hops & light malt. Taste is more of that earthiness with a really nice lingering grapefruit zest on the end.

4 Giants Hazy IPA

Aroma is sweeter citrus with some pith. Taste is notes of grapefruit and faint tropical hops. Smooth mouthfeel. Good beer.

Mischief Maker

Dank malt, almost sour. Taste is a little better. Some nuttiness and faint dank lemon. Earthy.

All Day IPA

Harvest Ale Mothership Series 2022

Honestly, just eh. They’ve had better years. Aroma is faint. Some light hops. Taste is sweeter than I expected. Almost a candied earthy hop.

Punkin Ale (2022)

In my opinion, one of the better pumpkin beers. Aroma is pumpkin and brown sugar. Taste is nutmeg and pumpkin w/some brown sugar in there.

90 Minute Imperial IPA

Aroma is malt and some earthy hops. Taste is a bit more malt than I prefer in an IPA. Bitter with earthy hops and dank citrus zest.

Burst

Aroma is light citrus and some malt. Taste pretty much follows. More like a pale than an IPA. Just eh.

All Day Haze

Imperial Stout (2021)

I…love…this…beer. Aroma is dark roasted malts with some chocolate notes. Dark as motor oil with a nice brown head. Taste is sharp roast up front with some sweeter chocolate notes. Ends with a nice roasty bitterness.

Scarlet Dawn IPA

Aroma is grapefruit with some faint malt. Taste pretty much follows. Almost like a lighter Red’s Rye with some faint chocolate up front.

Oktoberfest

Aroma is sweet malt with some caramel notes. Taste is sweet malt with notes of bread and an almost mild fruitiness on the end.

4 Giants IPA (2021)

Aroma is a nice mix of earthy hops and some dank citrus. Taste follows with more of a really dank zest throughout…and lingers. Nice balance of malt in there, too.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Strawberry

Aroma is an earthy strawberry. Not overly candied or fake like some seltzers. Taste follows with a nice touch of salt to balance it out. Nice seltzer.

All Day Vacay

Aroma is faint wheat & malt. Taste is light & crisp. Surprisingly prominent orange notes in there with the wheat. Like a light Oberon. Not bad.

Red's Rye IPA

Getting ready to fly out to Austin. Drinking one of my all-time favorites as we get ready to fly out! 🍺

Fruit-Full Fort

Aroma is earthy berry and malt. Taste is a tangy sweet berry with some black raspberry and a dank jam taste. Lingers on the end.

Unraveled IPA

Aroma is sharp citrus with some lemon peel. Taste is great bitterness with some citrus rind and earthy notes. Great IPA.

All Day IPA

Still one of the better session beers around.
