Deep dark crimson red colour, tall foamy head, lots of caramel and some resinous notes.

Clean, clear, refreshing and light. A little thin but I guess that's rice.

Burnt umber colour, no really. Strong vinous, tannin, oaky aroma, like a good wine. Tart rhubarb followed by those vinous grapes, vintage and oaky, dry white wine notes and slightly acidic. It's an aged lambic after all.

Deep crimson red colour, heaps of tart cherry and a dry base. Fruity, sharp and surprisingly rich and morish.

Huge on raspberry but quite muted for a sour. Malty, sweet and mildly salty makes this surprisingly easy to drink.
