Copper colored. Musky, overripe stone fruit aromas. Tangy apricot, highly carbonated, mild sour apple taste (Granny Smith). A lingering appley aftertaste.

Lovely, clear reddish pinkish orange color. Very tart raspberry aroma, confirmed on tasting, quite a bite, tart but bitter as well with a slight fruity, candied flavor.

Barn aromas, overripe fruit: peach, apricot, raspberry, sharpness tingles the nose. Sweet and sour hay. Low carbonatation, very sour.

Rich mixtures of Merlot, raspberry, slightly overripe cherry. Nicely carbonated as can be expected. Highly aromatic, immensely flavorful. Should be wonderful with dark chocolate.
