It tastes like cream soda on the front end, with some nice vanilla notes from the bourbon barrel. There's also a bit of a maple flavor from the maple bourbon barrel aging. A bit boozy, so it is a sipping beer.

I thought the maple syrup barrel aging would over power the cherry, but at all. The cherry shines through with a smoky, mapley undertone. So good!
