World Wide Stout (2023) Clarke

Roast gives way to vanilla and bourbon sweetness. Has enough ABV to hold off the sweetness. Absolutely a sipper and missing a little complexity to make it true top drawer.

KBS Hazelnut Clarke

Heavy hazelnut and peanut on the nose. Hazelnut and chocolate flavor. Unlike previous check in, it doesn’t seem overly sweet. A little chalky on the finish, but pretty nice.

KBS Hazelnut Clarke

Tastes like a hazelnut latte with a kick. Great in a taster or 8oz but too sweet and heavy to go a schooner or pint. Certainly a reasonable variant to the longtime favorite KBS staple.
