Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Finch

Vinous, dry, tart, some hefty yoghurt vibes and funky, lemony flavours. Delicious.

Vigneronne (2021) Finch

A very well balanced lambic - the white wine influence isn't subtle but it's absolutely gorgeous. Aromas are unsurprisingly vinous, with a hint of peach. It's got white grapes, soft effervescence, more outreach, hint of lemon and funky. It's delicious 🥰

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio Finch

Still life - this one's massively low in carbonation, it's funky, bretty, earthy, extremely soft with bags of umami. Nice bitterness, with oak tannins & a hint freshly rolled cigar, which becomes increasingly more pronounced - risks becoming over-bearing

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio Finch

Game over - this'll do nicely thank you very much 😍 Perfectly balanced tartness and sweetness. Chris for days and almond-like cherry stone notes to ring things off. Exceptional. On draft too 🤗

Fou' Foune Finch

Mmm even nicer than the Gambrinus. I fully get the fuss behind Cantillon - just taken too long to realise! A delicious apricot sour - incredibly well balanced. ❤

Rosé de Gambrinus Finch

A delightful full on raspberry hit that lasts for days - v nice levels of sour and sweetness.

Classic Gueuze Finch

1st Cantillon! Complex, sour, dry apples, vinous and grapefruity. Not overly sour, bloody delicious.
