Smells fruity, a lot of citrus flavour, a bit sour at first and then bitterness and hoppiness hits a bit. Really enjoyable classic.

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut Wolynska

This is hard to rate, I only took a shot to taste. It’s interesting, at first a lot of grapes, almost like homemade wine(not at insult at all) and then you feel the strenght of it. I would not probably drink whole pint glass but hey still fun
