Not a massively complex flavour, but incredibly smooth, full and just the right amount of boozy. I could drink it all day (very slowly).

Liquid Confidence BA Rum (2020 Edition) Walsh
Deep, velvety, the chipotle adds smoky flavour and the chilli adds heat, the rum barrels make it boozy but the rum complements the spice perfectly. It doesn’t get any better than this.
