Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°4 Q.
A well oaky Lambic, which has a very nice sour acidity enhanced with a slight bitterness. Tastes of spices, yeast, pepper and green apple blend together during tasting. Quite complex, the Old Geuze! And that' s fine.
