Fresh and bittersweet with a first sip that reminded me of shellfish or an ocean waterfront. Sharp citric influence, lemony tartness, and fast drying finish. Nicely done.

Blue Hen Schmittling

Refreshing and crisp with a bit of funky hops. Light bodied but strong abv. Stone fruit, raisin, sour pear and wheat grass.

Kernza Pils Schmittling

Immediate scent of green grapes while pouring. Taste is crisp, slightly bitter earthy flavor, grain + hops. Hints of snap peas and dark greens like kale. Made from Kernza grain which is wheatgrass so, yeah, that kind of profile. Unique and eco friendly!
