Solid beer. IPA but little citrus. Very drinkable. A smidge dark. The Haitian god of agriculture would approve.

Mortal Bloom Carponski

Death is inevitable. We all get there, it’s just a question of when. The challenge is to smell the flowers before the end. This bloody beer is worth the drink. Could use more hops, but a nice drink.

4 Giants Starcatcher Haze Carponski

Gloriously tart and hazy. If I were on a deserted island, and had to only eat coconut’s, a couple of these would stop me from caring that I was stuck on a deserted island and had to eat coconuts.

Very good for a darker beer. IPA with some character. Worth trying as a first beer.

Chocolate and coffee. A good dessert beer. Heavy but tasty. A good sipping beer after dinner or a couple other beers.
