The biggest thing for me is how flat it is - it makes the flavours oddly muted, despite the actual flavour being good.

Muted flavour and a bit more towards the bitter or the hoppy side compared to your average pilsner. It being gluten free is a big plus, though. Definitely interesting, but not exactly my style.

Bootleggers House Weisse Sinisterra
The quintessential wheat, very much an archetype of its kind especially off the draft. Good beer to check if you're a fan of wheat beer.

Very tart, certainly fruity and not too intense for a sour-adjacent beer. Loses some of its depth off the can.

Peter, Pale and Mary Sinisterra
This hits pretty much all the notes for me. It's light and fruity and hoppy without it being heavy. This could be a day to day choice if one can afford it.

Oude Geuze Goût Américain Sinisterra
It's still one of the most peculiar sours I've had. You can definitely feel the candy that went into the product, and it gets you salivating.

I was drawn into this by the name, but the taste is nonetheless very nice and its fruity note quickly subsides into something smooth but hoppy and pleasant. I love this one. Not for IPA haters.

Easy to drink for an IPA yet still decently hoppy. Still glad I have a bunch of these.

Oude Geuze Goût Américain Sinisterra
A particular sour that shocked me at first hit. Quite enjoyable.

Nelson Sauvin Brut Dry Hopped! Sinisterra
Very interesting beer, you can taste the pop rock notes and it feels halfway between an IPA, a pastry sour and a wine.

Frankly, not my usual taste - but a decent IPA for when you like a lighter option.
