Kriek 100% Lambic (2023) Johnson

Cantillon does it again. Unique and amazing fresh raspberry jam aroma and flavor. Dry, sharp, balanced with just enough sweetness and perfect fruitiness.

Fou’ Foune (2023) Johnson

Dry, a little cheddary from the apricot + funk, very balanced. Nothing crazy but good.

Sang Bleu (2023) Johnson

Fantastic cantillon balance of funky and fruitiness, slightly sweet and nice tartness. Very Flanders.

Racine 2022 Johnson

Smell at your own risk. Fish market and grape juice. Taste is the opposite, cantillon lambic base and sweet grape nuance then extreme effervescent funkiness.

Classic Gueuze (2017) Johnson

More dry bitter tannins than the newer vintages.

Authentic rhubarb over the classic cantillon lambic base.

Classic Gueuze (2022) Johnson

Like a beautiful Pinot grigio but with funk, extra acid, beautiful carbonation.

Fou' Foune (2017) Johnson

Dry sharp full-bodied acidity with a short evolution and a singular focus of flavor. Happy to drink plenty but not a mindblower for my tastes.
