Dry, a little cheddary from the apricot + funk, very balanced. Nothing crazy but good.

Fantastic cantillon balance of funky and fruitiness, slightly sweet and nice tartness. Very Flanders.

Smell at your own risk. Fish market and grape juice. Taste is the opposite, cantillon lambic base and sweet grape nuance then extreme effervescent funkiness.

Dry sharp full-bodied acidity with a short evolution and a singular focus of flavor. Happy to drink plenty but not a mindblower for my tastes.
