Lovely jubbly

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2020)

Deep, vinous, opaque red pour. Cherry mingled with oak and bacterial funk for the nose. Full bodied, sweet and well rounded cherry notes give way to a velvety tannic astringency. Lovely smooth, clean finish.

Classic Gueuze (2022)

Yeast, oak, a hint of sour apple and citric grass notes on the nose. Lively and effervescent with a mouth-coating astringency. Smooth, savoury finish. Cantillon is as Cantillon does. This one could have done with being cooler.

Jule Malt

One of the best non-BA impies I've ever tried. Massive amount of complexity and peatiness from the smoked malts. Motor oil viscosity. A year aging in our cellar did bits to this. Absolutely wicked.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio

Oaky, complex, vinous, yeasted fruit quality. Definitely an old lambic, but bloody lovely as expected.

Chaaarge Nitro Dry Stout

Rosé de Gambrinus

Smooth raspberry nose with hints of vanilla, oak, and a deeply embedded funk. Body is full of rich, complex raspberry but is exceptionally well balanced - not too much sweetness nor too much funk or acidity - beautifully natural while remaining complex.

Oude Geuze Boon (2019-2020)

Oaky, mineral, bacterial nose. Slight tartness underpinning a white grape and sour apple body, which opens up expression as it warms - v restrained @ frigde temp. More fruity minerality adding to the complexity. Lingering finish. So good.

Red Eye Stout

It's a bitter, roasty coffee stout. Not much else to write about. 255 letter limit won't get me here

Sur Sorachi Ace

Aromas of Brett and lemongrass on the nose, then leading into a full body with a bitter, astringent finish. Quite a dank hopped flavour that goes well with the brettyness.

Sur Lemondrop

It's a sour IPA with lemondrop hops, not much else to say here.
