Promised myself I'd come back for this Åben. It's quite something. Very "deep", lovely freshness but there's a real smack of booze.

Stolen Red Berries P

Vibrant colour, almost *too* intense. Love the taste, it's got an almost 'whipped cream' texture.

Holy Tropical Fruits P

Lovely stuff. Very orange-y and tart with that flicker of salt that a good sour should have.

This is what they call "murk" don't they? That distinctive depth is hard to explain, it's like the fruit is being held back. Lovely apricot colour.
