Happy birthday lil Henry. I don't always crack open an aged Cantillon, but when I do, it's because of making babies. Super proud papa here, enjoying a superbly dry raspberry lambic whilst everyone sleeps. Can't wait to see what the future brings. 🍾

Dry, tart and a bit of a cidery-champagne bubbly mix. Popped it celebrating my paternal leave as I get to enjoy my parents visiting, and spending the next 6 months with my wonderful daughter. This one is 5.5% - 20/21 mix

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut Rector
Late check in - white grape must is front and center. Slightly sour with a bit of acidity. Dry finish.
