Eat balance of lambic flavours and almost maltiness on the nose. Not as overtly lambic as other lambic beers such as cantillon or lindemans, but still clearly there

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2021) Evans
Celebrating the end of 6 months of 4am starts and a pay rise. Fantastically crafted beer, wild farmhousey on the nose, but fruity and delicate on the tongue with a super complex, deep fruity aftertaste
