September 17, 2014: Elephant & Castle, Chicago, draft. Dark copper. Creamy off white head. A little nutty, a little malty. Very smooth with a little bitterness in the background. Very soft.

August 25, 2017: Milano's, Dayton, draft. Looks more black than red. Dark dark. Creamy head. Smells sweet, almost like barbecue sauce. Extremely smooth. Bananas in the background, or to be exact, banana bread.

May 31, 2013: Milano's, Dayton, OH, draft. Oh my. That is pretty near perfection. OK, aroma has a faint hint of cat pee, but the taste is exquisite. Palate laaaaasts. Tastes of grapefruit and hops and heaven. Could drink this all night long.

August 13, 2014: Dewey’s. Dayton. Draft. Dry. Hoppy, but not overpowering. Bitter, but not mind-blowing. Well-rounded. Then again at Rusty Bucket, Dayton, draft. Mucho lacing. Loooong palate. Very good.
