Bourbon Barrel Aged King Ink (2023)

Taste is strong with clear woody tones. I experience this as quite spicy / peppery. Tones of vanilla is there as well as maybe some coconut together with dark and bitter chocolate This beer has been aged 17(!) month in Heaven Hill Barrels.

King Ink

The aroma is amazing with loads of chocolate, coffee and roasted tones. Mounthfeel is unbelievable smooth and oily. Taste is complex and massive with rich flavours of bitter chocolate, character of oak and vanilla. A great bitterness with a dry ending.

Fuzzy Greens

I recognize a bit the aroma from their Cold IPA, it's a bit herbal. In the taste I find an explosion of tastes like of passionfruit, pineapple, gooseberry and mango.

NZ Slice of Sunshine

Taste is fruity n full of pineapple, gooseberry and passionfruit. If I should summarize this New Zealand inspired WC IPA it's fresh, herbalcrisp and dry!

Cryogenesis

Cryogenesis is Cold IPA of 6,5% ABV. It's a light cloudy looking beer with a white fluffy head. Aroma of citrus and some herbalness. Taste is clean and crisp with a medium high peel bitterness and a dry ending.

Rosé de Gambrinus

Back tracking from Akkurat. My first Cantillon ever. Really balanced, fruity and smooth but still a distinct sourness. With a dry ending.

Great white head. The taste is rather balanced bit I'm still a bit disappointed... I want more of everything.
