KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge B.

Bottled 8/9/22. Deep dominant chocolate with underlying coffee and roasted malt notes. Bitterness plays well with chocolate. Well sized body, dry finish balances the deep chocolate. A little boozy as well - has the feeling of a spiked hot chocolate.

KBS Espresso (2020) B.

Bottled 10/21/20. OG label. I think I had an espresso about a year ago and it tasted way more bitter - I believe this bottle and my last were bottled around the same time. Makes sense bc of hi temp aging. Will try again vs. a fresh classic KBS soon.
