Green apple tartness on the nose. Smooth and only slightly tart, but dry as hell. Those green apple flavours have fermented beautifully into light cider notes with a hint of oak. Stunning.

Big raisin coffee aroma and the taste is massive on the coffee with the raisin flavour coming in later and lingering some time. It’s as smooth as silk and way to easy to drink.

Malt forward pale. Prickly woody hops leading to stewed plum flavours. Had this before in the bottle, and this isn’t how I remember it at all. That’s how much my palate/modern beer has changed.
