These big 7-layer+ hopped imperials are not my go to… but for the style description… for multi-variety hopped imperial iPA … this is a bittersweet giant indeed. Earthy malt & pine 🌲 resin n stone fruit 🍑 slides grapefruit peel.

Grainy, bitter-peel-ly; thin husky-astringent; maybe mood influenced… ‘cause of light & full moon obscuring the view toward that which I aspired? Try chilling harder!
