Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 109 Mono Blend L.

Strong pepper estery smell. Straw or hay smell, unique smell. Very sour flavour, borderline tart. Acid is bright like a lemon, but also a bit funky like Greek yogurt. Very little sugar, but nice rich caramel undertones.

Framboise Boon L.

Smells like raspberry jam and canned peaches. A bit of wood on the nose. Lightly sour not tart.
