Clean and crisp, dry and a little spicy at the end. Minimal funk/sour taste. Delicious mono blend base is solid. Not a big flavour but still very good to enjoy on its own, more like a dry wine in terms of flavour (and bigness?)

Long tang, so zesty and a little yeasty. Small sips, big and complex - not to session on.

Mouth watering tangy goodness. VAT91 is very approachable, would recommend if your not specifically into the funky farm taste.
