Sour and fresh, primarily notes of gooseberry and the sourness of raspberries. Difficult to profile.

Get Scrooged Behnke

The first few sips have a very strong mosaic-flavour, but it mellows out and becomes a very hoppy, but not overpowering or unpleasant, red ale.

Mikkeller XMAS Vienna Lager Classic Behnke

Really just an excellent caramel lager. No significant bitterness or fruityness, just a really malty and flavourful brownish lager.

Stuck In the Snow Behnke

Lots of “spiced” hops and relatively low bitterness. The hop flavour is dominant. Not too overpowering.

Humle Sovs Behnke

Fresh, sessionable NEIPA. Hopwise, pineapple is the dominant flavour, with citrus only having a slight presence. IBU has to be quite low, something like 30 +/- 5.

Breakfast Stout Behnke

Lots of coffee with milk. The roasted malt flavour is definitely there too, but none of it is overpowering. Quite pleasant and sort of mild, which is surprising.

Hallo Ich Bin Berliner Double Raspberry Behnke

Very fresh but a bit sharp sourness. Loads of raspberry. Quite nice!

Årh Hvad?! / Hva Såå!? Behnke

Surprisingly sour. Didn’t expect that of a Belgian strong

Sour Face Behnke

Cranberry flavour with cherry in the aftertaste. Very low sourness. Light. Very little carbonation. Not bad, just more of a slightly fermented cranberry juice.

Sundried Saison Behnke

Very fresh saison. Light, with a slight dryness. Some citrus, quite a bit of “spark”.

Brokilde Blonde Behnke

Blonde beer with a slight wheat character, which also makes it slightly lighter.

07:01 IPA Behnke

Citrussy NEIPA, with a bit of “spiced” hops and an IBU of approximately 40.

Ich Bin Raspberry Behnke

Fairly dry, malty, pleasant beer. Not interesting in terms of characteristics, just pure pleasure.
