Tropical aroma with a bit of pine and citrus zest. Thick mouthfeel. Sweet malt backbone. A green and piney hop profile with quite some bitterness. Pretty neutral for the ABV.

Classic bready and sulfury aroma. Very light in the beginning with a lot of carbonation. The taste transitions into a bready and herbal profile. The finish is very crisp and sulfury. Great take on the classic pilsner. Great balance.

Jernhatten B&B - Barrels & Berries Falkenberg
Dry fruits and berries in the aroma. Sweet with some freshness from the berries and a depth from the barrels. Surprisingly easy to drink considering the ABV.

Zesty and piney aroma. Malty taste with bready and biscuity notes. Zesty and piney hop profile with quite a bitter bite. Really decent west coast IPA.

Sharp green and dank aroma. Very dry, but a mild hop bitterness, so it balances mildly. Citrusy finish as you would expect from a single hop beer. Pretty good, and probably good with food.

Classical pilsner herbal aroma. Sweet bready and biscuity malt profile. Finishes crisp and slightly hoppy. Decently good pilsner.

Soapy aroma. Sweet malt profile with a bit of toastiness. The hop flavours gives a weird soapy taste. Not very good

Malty and caramelly notes in the aroma. Bready and caramelly notes with a hint of sweetness in the finish. A bit of herbal bitterness in the finish as well. Very smooth.

Herbal aroma. Light cereal malt aroma. Bitter herbal and zesty hop profile. Pretty boring...

Dank and tropical aroma. Neutral malt flavour. Floral and fruity hop aroma, which is unfortunately drowned out by a spicy/phenolic yeast character. Almost seems like the beer was accidentally brewed too hot. Not great.

Classic malty pilsner aroma. Delicate malty flavours with notes of white bread and biscuits and a bit of herbal bitterness from the hops to balance it. Nice crisp ending with a smooth mouthfeel. Really well-crafted pilsner.

Sour, milky aroma. Mainly wheat notes from the malt which transitions into a fresh and fruity sour sensation, which resembles unripe plums.

DDH Slice of Sunshine Falkenberg
Piney/dank aroma. Pretty mellow. Straw-like malt profile with a crisp finish. Citrusy, dank and piney/resinous hop profile with a very mellow bitterness. Resinous, almost metallic, finish. Very light and easily drinkable.

Malty and toasty aroma. Smells like a brewery. Lots of toasted malt notes in the taste mixed with some nuttyness. The sweetness and bitterness is very well balanced. Would be a great pairing for a lunch with some ryebread.

Mesa Like It Sweet Barley Wine Falkenberg
Malty both in aroma and taste. Very sweet and has a flavour profile reminiscent of honey. Has a caramelly and toasty ever so slightly bitter ending. Great bonfire beer 🔥

Caramelly sweet/bitter with some crusty/breast notes. Awesome mouthfeel due to the nitro. Great with a pretzel 🥨

Decent Belgian beer. Would have liked some more Belgian character and some more complexity. It's a bit one dimensional.

Roasty and a bit maple syrupy aroma. Sweet without being oversweet, some roasty flavors and definite notes of coffee. Very close to a Vietnamese coffee. Well-balanced. Incredibly creamy. Great, great beer.

Zesty and toasty notes in the aroma. Muted malt profile with a bit of sweetness and som toasty notes. Mainly zesty notes from the hop Powdery finish from the roastiness. I'm not a fan of black IPAs but this is ok

Sweet and caramelly aroma. Malty taste with notes of roast, caramel and a bit of spice. A bit on the roasty side for me, but really enjoyable.

Münich Münich Lager Falkenberg
Bready aroma. Sweetish bready and biscuity malt taste with a bit of toasty and caramelly notes. Finishes a but grassy and spiced. Nice soft mouth feel. Nice touch in a Helles.

Everything you want from a wit. Wheaty malt profile. Spiced/belgiany and citrussy yeast profile. Very decent wit.

Great oldschool IPA with enough hop character to be interesting. Citrusy aroma, dry malt profile and a spicy and floral hop profile. Very enjoyable.

Malty and sweet with a bit of spice at the end. Does not at all feel like a high abv beer. Missing a bit of yeast character for it to be a great triple, but it's definitely drinkable.

Sweet and floral aroma. Sweet malt profile. The hops are not super prevalent and the malt is a little overpowering. The aftertaste is reminiscent of spices but not very bitter.

Floral, tropical, and resinous aroma. Mild malt profile. Grapefruity and zesty hop taste with a bitter ending. Great old school NEIPA.

Honey aroma. Honey-like malty sweetness start which goes into a cognac-like barrel aged profile with some toasty notes. Incredible drinkable for an 11% beer. Great great beer.

Stereo Mono Idaho Gem Falkenberg
Very complex hop. Would be interesting to pair it with citrus or something more simple.

Very well balanced imperial stout. Sweet but not oversweet. Roasty without being bitter. Spiced without being overpowered. The cinnamon flavour should be stronger to resemble kanelstang, but it's really enjoyable.

Genstand Til Bistand Falkenberg
Neutral malt profile. Grassy hop aroma. The hop taste is grassy and citrusy/zesty. Thick-ish mouthfeel. Ends with a bitter bite. Great beer 🇺🇦

Dank aroma. Tropical hop profile with mango and pineapple notes, complemented by dank and funky tastes. I would have liked the hop profile to be more full and less dank.

Incredible aroma with dank, floral and zesty hop notes. Crisp and dry malt profile with a bitter hop bite and the same hope notes. Quite bitter, I like my IPAs a little more mellow.

Thick and packed with flavours of roasted/burnt malt, liquorice, strong coffee, and smoked malt. A little to burnt and smokey for my taste, but really good

Sweet malt progile. Hop profile is citrusy and slightly tropical. Would like more tropical notes (pineapple/mango)

Heavy roasty aroma. Well balanced with a dry finish. Toasty, burnt notes of coffee and licorice, and a fruity and funky hop counterpart. Heavy mouthfeel. Not for the faint of heart, but really awesome stout.

Fruity and grassy aroma. Clean lager profile. Fruity/tropical/citrussy hop profile without much bitterness. I'm usually not a fan of IPLs since I normally find them too bitter, but this one hits a great balance while still having noticable hop notes.

Extremely crisp with a subtle hoppyness and a tiny bit of malt sweetness to balance the bitterness. Finishes dry. Very well balanced, and enjoyable.

Sweet malt profile. Mostly dank and grassy aroma. Mostly citrusy hop flavour with some grassyness and a bitter kick. The hop profile is too weak for my taste, but all in all a nice beer.

Starts off sour and fruity. I get berry notes, especially strawberry. Finishes dry and zesty and with a lot of funk. Pretty enjoyable, although a bit too sour for my taste.
Tropical and citrusy in the aroma, but mainly citrus comes through in the taste. Finishes bitter and dry. Too subtle for my taste
over 3 years ago
Subtle malt profile which doesn't manage to balance the quite harsh hop bitterness. Furthermore, the main hop flavour is citrus which also doesn't do much to balance the bitterness.

Sweet malt backbone which complements the heavy hop character. The hop profile is citrusy, and quite dank.

Dangerously Close To Stupid Falkenberg
I'm not a big fan of these west-coast style IPAs. The grassy/bitter hop profile is too overpowering for the malt profile. There's also a floral side to the hop profile but it's very subtle.

The Great Square of Pegasus Falkenberg
Lots of dankness with some subtle notes of pine and more earthy flavours and a bit of passion fruit. A bit bitter for my taste by otherwise pretty decent. Pretty dry finish for a NEIPA.

Great Gig In The Sky Falkenberg
Big, bold and bitter. Lots of dankness and piney flavors, nicely balanced by the malty sweetness. Great mouthfeel.
Great NEIPA with a complex hop profile. The hop flavors are very dank and juicy on the nose, with a citrus and resinous, almost woody taste. The hoppiness is nicely balanced by the subtle malty sweetness. Finishes dry.

Decent neipa. A bit weak on the hop flavors, which fails to mask the bitterness, though. Good body.

A bit low on hop character. Also, I'm picking up a weird buttery taste that finishes in a harsh-ish bitterness.
