KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Leyba

A sweeter, cinnamony variation on the original. The sweetness and spice obscure the barrel heat until very late.

Must be too subtle for my primitive palate. All I got was more smoke than a run of the mill thin stout.

Tasty, sweet and tart but really no presence of tequila. Reminds me of a jolly rancher.

Panther Cub (2021) Leyba

Tasty. Usually I want a porter to be a stout, but in this case the added flavors are so present the thinner body makes it go down more easily. Very tasty. The fact that I buy it at the supermarket boggles the mind.

Marvelroast Leyba

Could be a beer that sways your “I don’t like beer” friends. Kind of the love child of coffee and cream soda. Barely a hint of grain. Very fun.
