Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Monroe
The first time I had this it was all brown sugar and overly sweet. After letting it age for about 6 months, it is beautifully balanced with pleasant notes of bourbon and brown sugar. If I could find it and age it again, I would!

A bit sweet with the slightest hint of bourbon, wish the bourbon came through a bit more to cut the sweetness
