Very nitro indeed, with plenty of tiny bubbles in the creamy head. Rust-colored and mild.

Light, bordering on watery.

Stolen Blackcurrant Lavonius

Very much currant juice-like. Also: Boba Fett finale.

Henry Gose Lightly Lavonius

Not bad at all, could be a tad heavier on minerals, though. Worked well with the annual Runeberg tart.

Nice, though a tad less fruitful than traditional NEIPAs tend to be.

Mammamamma Double Passionfruit Cheesecake Sour Ale Lavonius

Looks and smells like passionfruit juice, taste has a slight lactose overload, but remains pleasant to the end.

Southern Light Lavonius

NEIPA with neither glaring faults nor moments of glory. Pleasantly citric hopping with light touches of bitterness.

Nemesis (2021) Lavonius

Christmas calendar, day 1. A barley wine from Founders. Pleasantly non-boozy, with malts and hops balanced. Definitely a slow sipper, taste improves as the beer warms up.

Tad basic, hoppy IPA.
