@16yrs, obviously not recommended, experimental bottle, somewhat enjoyable in strange ways, moderately charred berry-vanilla-chocolate bbq sauce on silky-soft-somewhat coating feels creating a lasting condensed version of initial aroma & flavors 😆🤭

A wave of sweet red cherry with accenting sunny acids & funk on flowy-silky feels with softly acidic edges & residual, notions of cherry pie echo …warmer temps bring increased fruit:lambic balance, pleasant 🍒🌞🐴

Underground Mountain Brown (2020)

Nicely paired brew-barrel-bean w/ barrel spirit as the focal point, brown ale blends flawlessly into whiskey layers, coffee merging into barrel char adding rustic flair, moderate complexity, moderate+ intensity, fairly round-silky-somewhat creamy feels

Big champagne cork pop (no gush), lime, barn & basement funk, nuances of stone & orchard fruit, tropics & citrus, all seamlessly woven into very frothy M- feels with tropical residuals ...excellent series from Boon, criminally underrated imo
