Not as big or bitter at the 90 minute, but not quite as interesting either.

Dirty Bastard Starley

A nice malty scotch ale, full of flavor. Not quite as good as the backwoods bastard which is a little more balanced with bitterness and the barrel aging makes it shine. Still good, just makes me want the backwoods bastard.

90 Minute Imperial IPA Starley

Very well balanced IPA, hoppy and citrusy. It’s a classic for a reason

Backwoods Bastard Starley

Do I dare say a perfect iteration of a scotch ale. Malty and rich, oaky with bourbon notes. Just enough bitterness to balance everything. Very well done. Had it with some pork shoulder i just finished smoking for 10 hours. Perfect compliment.

KBS Starley

Very good stout. Taste the coffee and malty notes. Taste the bourbon barrel finish. Decent mouthfeel, With a slightly more viscous mouthfeel and a little more bitterness to strengthen the backbone a touch, this would be a perfect score.
