Been going through old photos from my older phone and found some beers I had in the past but never checked in. Had these at the store I worked at.

Fou' Foune (2020) H.

Quite tart upfront, a beautiful smooth finishing, with apricot peel / skins. Light earthiness, the acidity is well balanced giving it just enough astringency. After warming more the acidity lowers with more sourness hitting through.

Iris (2020) H.

Nice funkiness up front , bit of a oily texture through it, light citrus, moderate sourness, really really balanced backend. Nice oak imparted too. Got a delicately floral presentation.

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2019) H.

Very high pressure in the bottle, the cork flew out the second the wire was taken off. Quite a dry beer, bit of grapefruit and stonefruit here. Maybe even apple. Lightly earthy & salty. Very fresh, tart and sourness really punches through.
