Japanese Rice Lager Gusovskyy

Oddly enough I am not fully sure what Japanese rice beer should be like but I like this one very much. Very dry and disciplined, the pretty but austere roundness comes from rice. A very very good lager!

Ice Cold Pilsner Gusovskyy

Hell if I know what they meant by ice cold. It’s malty to the point that you may feel you are having a healthy breakfast. Good lager, not a pilsner. Still like it.

Organic Pilsner Gusovskyy

A rich dry pilsner, perhaps a bit too rich for a classic pilsner but a beautiful beer nonetheless.

Whirl Domination Gusovskyy

Excellent, very thoughtful, rich and disciplined. Very good.

Very nice and fruity. Quite bright, exotics, citrus, dense. Very pretty and light.

Just the One HBC586 Gusovskyy

A gorgeous single hops expression. Passion fruit, citrus, very very bright and fruity. Love it.

No Hang Ups Gusovskyy

To me one of the benchmark west coast ipas. Very dry and beautifully bitter. Full and very disciplined. Lovely

Resin From the Dead Gusovskyy

Don’t sense much of the reisiny note to ol is describing but it’s a pretty damn good west coast, very clean, dense, hoppy. Good.

House of Pale Gusovskyy

Excellent even though it’s hard to tell why it’s a pale ale rather than neipa. Given the modern free spirited approach doesn’t really matter I guess. Fruity but dry, very clean despite the richness, a lot more substantial than most at this abv. Love it!

Movie Night BA Gusovskyy

Brown ale for those who don’t like barley wine but want some of its richness. Fruitiness from pineau des charentes barrels, a bit of nuttiness, thick , somewhat sweet. Very good but no need to drink more than 200 ml

Mammamamma Gusovskyy

Perhaps a bit too artificial on the strawberry taste but very good, malty and tart.

Syrax Rises Gusovskyy

A very odd experience. I like it as an experiment of crossing between west coast and hazy yet it’s so off balance I am unlikely to ever drink it again.
