Collab brew with Burnish Beer Co. Rice lager brewed with local Asian pears & ginger and cinnamon. Getting pear for sure, some ginger, minimal cinnamon, which sounds like a good mix to me. Thanks Gene f. ! 🍻

KBS Spicy Chocolate (2023)

Spicy Chocolate! The barrel presence is there, but not overpowering. Beautiful body, smooth & a lil’ slick. A little pepper flavor. The spice/heat level really isn’t much at all, almost no lingering heat, and I am disappointed in that.

French Toast Bastard

Aroma & flavor of French Toast for sure. Thought it was gonna be a sugar bomb, but it’s not.

KBS Blueberry

Night capper after the stress of the Eagles/Bucs. I love the blueberry tartness in this! Way more than I expected. I gotta find a 4pk to stash for a frigid winter’s eve.

Tasty Traveler Lager

“…brewed with Oaxacan green corn, Baja salicornia, sea salt, & Mexican lime juice.” From earlier. Not a bad starter. A break from the norm.

Ultimate Oktoberfest

I’m having this side by side with a regular Founders O’fest, a move which is 100% unnecessary. The barrel aged 10% vitamin ABV monster is a presence unto itself, like if Oktoberfest had a malt liquorized version. Different. I like it.

KBS Hazelnut (2022)
