tons of raspberries, quite sour, mild funk. even though i think i prefer non-fruited lambics, this is so fucking good

been over 5 years since i've had this one, so nice to revisit it. picking up an odd umami kelp-y/seaweed-y note in the aroma but otherwise probably one of the best easily-accessible BBA beers. tons of smoky caramel bourbon flavour, zero alcohol presence

tons of funk but also super nuanced and complex. tart ofc but very apricot jammy, and some kind of strawberry jam note too. insane how good cantillon beers are
