My first Cantillon, and I now understand why it's a big name. Probably the best lambic I've tried, with strong sweet raspberry notes.

A great IPA! Similar to biting to a fruit -- crushable, citrusy, and soft. Enjoyable and sessionable for an NEIPA!

Quite light for a double IPA, but enjoyable! A bit herbal, but smooth and dry.

A great IPA! Refreshing, not overwhelming, fruit forward hops. Very enjoyable sweet citrus flavors, sessionable for an IPA. Would love to have it again!

Crushable, yet dry. A very different hop profile -- citrusy, a bit flowery, with a sliver or honey. Overall a great NEIPA, even if it's something I'm not too used to!

I will rate this if I find a proper bottle. It seems overaged, as the alcohol and astringency come in too strong. But the notes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and maple syrup are still there. I just know that this is a good beer, just not stored/aged well
