Dunkel Weizenbock U

Lovely! Brewed in the style of Weihenstephaner Vitus. Creamy and thick a dunkelweizen, caramelly and dark hops of a bock. Taste of caramel, banana and wheat. Thankfully no bitter coffee/chocolate aroma’s. Could’ve been more full-bodied and refined. 7.3%.

Kruidige Tripel U

Very spicy Tripel. Aromas of coriander, lemon and especially pear stand out. Almost like a pear ice cream! Finish is fresh and slightly bitter. Pleasant carbonation. Less sweet, but also less repeatable than average. Nice for once in a while. 8,3%, 450ml.

Kristalheldere Zomerbok U

73/100*: Surprised! Has the taste and quality of a German beer, but is brewed in the Netherlands. With banana notes and creaminess it is more like a Weizen, but it packs the punch (and 6.4% ABV of a Weizenbock). Not a Kristall, because it’s too spicy.
