KBS Spicy Chocolate (2023) Prouty
Good, but I’ve had better examples of “Mexican Hot Chocolate” beers. The coffee is very mild (nice for me) the chocolate is in the middle of dark and light, it’s not super rich and although I did notice the chili flavor I didn’t get any heat

Solid. Fruity, full-bodied, mildly tart. I don’t know that I can distinguish the sumac, but it’s good beer!

Strong, a little medicinal. Spicy! Or maybe the booze is just activating the jalapeños I just had in my sandwich… it’s a good thing though. Definitely has an interesting, more-than-just-beer flavor

Light tequila and faint sweet fruit aroma, very full sweet fruit flavor, not just raspberry as per the recipe; tasting cherry in there as well - maybe the tartness.

Gingery, but bitter. The blueberry doesn’t really do anything. Falls flat

Quite full-bodied for a Gose in my opinion. Sweet, lightly tart, not overly salty. The watermelon comes through as jolly rancher.

As advertised; the maple definitely makes it sweet but not overpoweringly so. Cherry is well balanced
